Check-In/Check-out Time
Check in is open everyday from 02.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to advise us about your arrival time.
In case of late arrivals or early, please communicate at the time of reservation.
Check out is at 10:30 am. It's possible to require a late check-out (extra charge required).
The rates showed are per person or per room?
The rates showed in our web site are per room per night.
Do I have to pay a deposit at the moment of the reservation?
At the moment of the reservation we’ll ask you a guarantee that can be the credit card details or a bank transfer of the amount of the 1st night.
You’ll pay for your stay at the check-in.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do, We accept Visa and MasterCard
Do you have an internet connection?
Yes, there’s a Wi-Fi connection free of charge, you’ll find the password in the room.
Is there a deposit for bags?
No, we haven't a deposit for bags.
Are you particular times to come back in the evening?
No there aren’t. At the check-in we’ll give you the keys to go in and out without problems of time.
Where can I park my car?
You can park in our private parking at our property.
Parking is free for guests who book directly on this website.

What is included in the room rate?
Accommodation, breakfast, linens, towels, hair dryer, courtesy set with natural olive oil soaps, air conditioning / heating, Wi-fi internet.
If half board, dinner is included with Typical Tuscan Cuisine, excluding drinks and desserts.
Are dogs/pets allowed?
Yes, we accept dogs of small and medium size, at no extra charge. Dogs on property must be on leash, for safety and respect of other guests. We ask you to to communicate it at the time of reservation.
Can I smoke in the room?
No you can’t, all our rooms are no smoking.
Does my 3 years old child pay for the stay?
All the children under 3 years old are free of charge. It’s possible to add a baby cot in the room free of charge and upon request.
How can I cancel my reservation?
All cancellation must be received in writing at the email adress

Cancellations made in less than 5 days before arrival will be charged the first night.
In case of no show, will be charged the amount equal to the first night's stay.
In case of early departure, compared to booking, you will be charged the full amount.
How can I book the restaurant?
The restaurant is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the hotel. For guests who do not have a half-board, and they want to stay to dinner, it is welcome confirmation in the morning.
Can I use the pool?
The pool is reserved for guests only, with sunbeds / deck chairs and sun umbrellas. We do not have beach towels.
Can I use the towels in the pool?
No. It 'strictly forbidden to use the towels in the pool room.
